George Patrick

George Patrick ’92 J.D. was selected as one of the best worker’s compensation attorneys in the state of Indiana by Best Lawyers for the 10th consecutive year. U.S. News & World Report named George’s law firm, George C. Patrick & Associates P.C., as one of three tier one law firms in Indiana for worker’s compensation claims.

Scott Kozlov

In September 2020, Scott Kozlov ’92 J.D. resigned as director of unauthorized practice of law litigation for the Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission to accept a position as chief ethics officer to the Cook County, Illinois, Clerk, Karen Yarbrough.

Elizabeth Pagliarini

Elizabeth Pagliarini ’92 was honored with a lifetime achievement award at the 2020 Orange County (California) Business Journal’s CFO of the Year Awards. Elizabeth is chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Summit Healthcare REIT Inc.

Heather Monson Grooms

Heather Monson ’92 Grooms received the Golden Apple Award, given to the top10 high school teachers in Illinois. She has been teaching for 14 years at United Township High School in East Moline, Illinois. Heather was selected out of 900 nominees, 550 of whom completed seven essays and a video of classroom teaching. Thirty-two were selected and eventually narrowed to 10.

Dan Wilburn

Dan Wilburn ’92 was recognized by Forbes as one of the 2018 Best-In-State Wealth Advisors. This inaugural list assessed advisors on a variety of criteria, including client retention data, community involvement, and years of experience. Dan is currently an advisor at LPL Financial. He has been providing financial services for more than 25 years to hundreds of clients in Northwest Indiana.

Jeffrey Clymer

Jeffrey Clymer ’92 J.D. was sworn into his new position as Porter County Superior Court Judge in November 2017. Jeffrey was previously an adjunct professor of law at Valparaiso University Law School and was selected to complete the final year of Judge Bill Alexa’s term. He is an experienced mediator with a background in both civil and criminal law.
