Football Through the Years

College football is a major part of the Valparaiso University experience for athletes, students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding community. Since the University first fielded a team in 1919, fans have flocked to campus to celebrate the Brown and Gold, sharing in the excitement that only sports can bring. Both the game and the Valparaiso University team have seen immense change in the 105 years since that first kickoff, but the way football brings us together has always remained the same.
